Prepare for 10 hours of Hard Music Only – from Hard Dance Classics to melodic Hardstyle, Raw, Hardcore, and Uptempo. New this year: No Boundaries Slots, where Hard Dance and Hard Techno collide, shattering all genre limits. One stage ensures you won’t miss a single act.

Nukranox can be attended from the age of 16 without exception. Age will be checked by security staff at the entrance. Admission under the age of 16 is not possible, not even with an adult accompanying person or an authorization from the parents.

‍Which IDs are accepted?
Official photo IDs such as ID cards, passports or driving licenses are accepted. Electronic identification documents such as the ID Austria (digital identity with photo) are also accepted.

Student IDs, E-Cards, and copies of ID cards or similar are not accepted.

Nukranox takes place at the Messezentrum Salzburg. Thanks to the optimal transport connections and the central location in the city of Salzburg, the location is easy to reach by all common means of transport.

Between 00:00 and 04:30, the NUK Shuttle runs every 20–30 minutes and takes you directly from the Messe to Salzburg Main Station. Tickets cost €6 and can be purchased on site. You can pay in cash, by card, or Cashless via your wristband.

Important: The shuttle is only available for departures from the festival grounds. For your arrival at Nukranox, we recommend taking O-Bus line 1 to the Salzburg Messe stop.

Attention: Lockers are located after the security check! It is therefore not possible to deposit prohibited items before entering the festival grounds.

Prohibited items include:

• Weapons of any kind and objects that can be used as weapons or projectiles (slingshots, knives, etc.)

• Pyrotechnic items of any kind

• Flammable liquids

• Gas spray cans

• Corrosive or highly flammable substances

• Containers with substances that may endanger health

• Drugs and other intoxicants

• Medications (except in original packaging. A doctor’s certificate is required for prescription medications)

• Alcoholic beverages

• Powders or coarse-grained materials

• Items with discriminatory or provocative text or imagery

• Animals of any kind (except guide dogs and assistance dogs, provided they wear a muzzle and are kept on a leash)

• Umbrellas

• Suitcases

• Backpacks larger than DIN A3

• Bulky items (e.g., folding chairs, etc.)

• Play and sports equipment (e.g., scooters, skateboards, etc.)

• Syringes

• Glass items (e.g., glass bottles, glass containers, etc.)

• Items made of fragile or splintering material (e.g., jugs, etc.)

• Safety vests / signal vests (when worn by visitors)

• Laser pointers

At Nukranox, you pay cashlessly using the chip on your wristband. Cash or card payments at bars or food stands, for example, are not possible.

You’ll receive your wristband at the entrance when you present your ticket. To load money onto your wristband, you can use one of the on-site top-up stations or pre-load credit via Pre-Top-Up before the festival to save time.

Have leftover credit? After the festival, you can easily request a refund for the remaining balance on your wristband here: cashless.nukranox.at

Please note that refunds to countries outside the European Union may incur fees charged by the recipient’s bank. This may also apply to countries within the SEPA payment area.

Refund of your Cashless balance is possible after the festival, starting from Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 6:00 PM via the following link. Simply log in or create an account, add the chip from your wristband, view the payment overview, and initiate a refund of the remaining balance.

Please note that there may be fees charged by the recipient’s bank for refunds to countries outside the European Union. This may also apply to countries within the SEPA payment area.

Simply log in to the Ticketshop and view your order summary under “My Orders” at any time.

Log in using the credentials you used for the purchase, and you will find an overview of your orders. Here, you can also personalize your tickets or resell them through the official resale platform.

You can re-personalize your tickets at any time by logging back into the Ticketshop.

Log in using the details from your original order to view, re-personalize your tickets, or sell them via the official resale platform.

Please note that only the main purchaser of the order can perform re-personalizations or resell tickets, and processing fees apply.

Re-personalization can also be done on-site at the Ticketing Help Desk upon presentation of a valid photo ID and an authorization letter from the original purchaser. Please be aware that higher fees for re-personalization apply on-site.

We do not offer refunds for our tickets. If you are unable to attend the festival, you can resell your ticket through our official resale platform.

For a secure transaction and to ensure the validity of your ticket, we strongly recommend using our official resale platform only. We do not recommend third-party platforms.

If you’re looking to buy Nukranox tickets or sell your own, you can do so safely through the official resale platform.

Only when purchasing through our official resale platform, is the original ticket of the seller deactivated, and the buyer receives a new ticket with a unique barcode.

Unfortunately, ticket fraud is on the rise, so we strongly advise against buying tickets via online marketplaces, social media comments, or third-party providers.

The Nukranox Festival welcomes all visitors! Both our festival grounds and the parking area at Messezentrum Salzburg are wheelchair accessible.

We kindly ask visitors with disabilities to purchase tickets for the Nukranox Festival independently through our official ticket shop at the following link.

If you rely on a companion due to limited mobility, they will receive a free festival pass. Please note that this is only possible if your degree of disability is at least 50%.
